Engineering studies as interactive 3D models. Current entry: a rooftop hydroponic garden that lowers to harvest height on demand.
Problem
Rooftop growing is out of reach for most residents because the plants are up a ladder. The question for each exercise is not only whether something can be built, but whether it should be and what it would feel like to live with.
Approach

Think out loud in 3D. The model is the deliverable: structural loads, mechanical articulation, plant biology and ergonomics communicate themselves without a polished product render.
Outcome
New exercises are added as they are built, each on a different problem with the same hands-on approach.
