Design Exercises — movable rooftop hydroponic garden

Hands-on engineering studies translated into interactive 3D models — a place to think out loud about real, physical systems. The current entry is a movable rooftop hydroponic garden that brings plants down to harvest height on demand, eliminating the need for ladders and making rooftop growing accessible to actual residents. The work is part design, part engineering, part argument: the question with each exercise is not just “can it be built?” but “should it be, and what would it actually feel like to live with?”.

The 3D model is the deliverable — letting the structural loads, mechanical articulation, plant biology, and ergonomics communicate themselves directly without needing a polished product render. New exercises drop here as they're built, each tackling a different problem with the same hands-on approach.
