A full website design and an AI-powered CRM backend, built around the way the seller (Diana) actually works with clients. The public-facing site presents the listings, the team, and the surrounding area in a way that turns browsing into inbound conversations. Behind it sits an AI-driven CRM that picks up those conversations and runs the early stages of the sales funnel automatically — qualifying leads, sending follow-ups in Diana's voice, scheduling viewings, and surfacing the moments where a human handoff actually adds value.
The same backend orchestrates the home-buying process once a buyer commits, coordinating documents, deadlines, and stakeholders so nothing slips between hand-offs. The result is a small-team operation with the throughput and consistency of a much larger one.
